Over 250 pounds of pot seized in traffic stops
CAMDEN COUNTY – Several traffic stops resulted in a large, varied amount of drugs seized in the Macks Creek area.
Since Sunday August 16, Deputies with the Camden County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) and Task Force Officers from the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force were conducting a coordinated enforcement effort in Camden County in response to the 26th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos at a campground in a rural area of Macks Creek.
Deputies were working overtime to account for the influx of out-of-state visitors allegedly bringing illegal drugs into the community.
The CCSO partnered with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Missouri Department of Conservation, Mid-County Fire Protection District, Southwest Fire Protection District, Mercy Ambulance.
“Juggalo” refers to a fan of the hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse. Originating from Detroit, Michigan, the term has grown to represent a larger subculture. Juggalos are recognizable by their distinctive face paint, resembling clowns and often wear specific insignia.
They gather annually at the Gathering of the Juggalos, a festival celebrating their favorite music, brotherhood, and distinct identity.
The gathering was held at Mother Nature’s Riverfront Retreat.
Several notable drug arrests and seizures were made in just the first half of the week-long event. A few of the notable arrests were:
Kevin M Jones, 45, of Easton, PA, was arrested on August 17, 2026. The Probable Cause statement (PCS) filed by law enforcement with the court, gave details about his arrest.
“Members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force received information Kevin Michael Jones (Bluntman), was planning to distribute a large amount of marijuana during the Gathering of the Juggalos Festival, hosted by the Mother Nature’s River Front Retreat, located at 878 Gardens Rd, Macks Creek, MO 65786.
“Members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force observed ‘Bluntman’s One Stop Shop’ was advertised on the website juggalogathering.com, where tickets to the Gathering of the Juggalo’s were to be purchased. The website described how ‘Bluntman’s One Stop Shop’ had been supplying the festival for 20 years.
“Members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force observed a white Ford F-350 towing a camper trailer, registered to Jones, traveling westbound on East US Highway 54 in Osage Beach, Camden County, MO. Members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force observed the vehicle commit multiple lane violations, by falling to maintain its lane of travel, and a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Detective Neumann and his K9 partner conducted a free-air-duration sniff on the vehicle. Detective Neumann advised K9 Tina alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics.”
A probable cause search of the vehicle turned up suspected marijuana among other things. For the officer’s safety the truck and trailer were seized and taken to the Camden County Emergency Management building and a search warrant was requested and received for the truck and camper.
According the PCS, this is what the officers found.
“During a search the camper marijuana products in various forms were located. The marijuana products had a combined weight of approximately 128 pounds. Signs were located that read ‘Weed 4 Sale’ and ‘Flower for Sale’. The packaging of several marijuana products read ‘Bluntman’ and ‘Bluntman’s One Stop Shop’. Additionally, psilocybin mushrooms were located. The psilocybin mushrooms were located in plastic containers labeled ‘Penis Envy’ and ‘Bluey Vuitton’. I know from my training and experience ‘Penis Envy’ and ‘Bluey Vuitton’ are strains of mushrooms known exclusively for containing psilocybin. The plastic containers were also marked with prices in accordance with weight. Various packaged foods were located and on the packaging they were labeled to contain psilocybin. The total approximate weight of the psilocybin products were 2.5 pounds. Located in the truck was a laminated paper depicting QR codes to various payment applications.”
Jones was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Drug Trafficking (Felony) and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony).
Jones was being held without bond. Law enforcement also stated they recovered over $5,000 in cash from Jones.
The PCS also said Jones had been recently arrested.
“On 08-14-2026 Jones was released from incarceration with bond conditions in his home state of Pennsylvania following a recent arrest for drug violations. Rather than adhere to his bond conditions, Jones drove across multiple states with over a hundred pounds of illegal drugs for the purpose of distribution.”
Dennis A Pradhan, 49, of Silver Springs, MD, was arrested on August 18, 2026. The Probable Cause statement (PCS) filed by law enforcement with the court, gave details about his arrest.
“Members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force received information that Dennis Pradhan, Cosmic Cat Alchemy, was planning to distributed a large amount of marijuana and psychedelic narcotics during the Gathering of the Juggalos Festival....
“Cosmic Cat Alchemy appears on the Gathering of the Juggalos Festival website, juggalogathering.com, as a vender described ‘Illuminating a path to health & vitality through the power of herbal medicine, elevating spiritual, mental and physical aspects. Specializing in Honey, Tinctures, Cacao, Hot Chocolate, and Craft Chocolate Bars for an energizing gathering experience.’
“On June 7th, 2026…Kevin Jones made online statements that acknowledged being next to Cosmic Cat Alchemy at cannabis events and for followers to visit Cosmic Cat Alchemy for everything besides cannabis.”
On August 18 members of the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force said they observed a white Ford truck pulling a camper trailer with Maryland license plate cross into the oncoming lane of travel and driving off the roadway on the right hand side of the roadway into the grass on several occasions while traveling eastbound on Doc Ridgeway Drive between Highway 54 and Highway U.
A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Highway U and Whistle Road. The driver and owner of both the camper trailer and Ford truck was identified as Dennis Ashrorovich Pradhan from Maryland.
Police said there were advertisements for the Gathering of the Juggalo event in the truck visible from the outside of the vehicle. The passenger of the vehicle allegedly told law enforcement they were traveling to the Gathering of the Juggalos.
A K9 was brought in to do a free-air sniff of the vehicle and allegedly detected narcotics. A probable cause search of the vehicle and the camper was conducted. Police said in the PCS that the following items were found.
Pradhan was arrested and charged with two counts of 1st Degree Drug Trafficking (Felony) and three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony).
According to the PCS “Pradhan drove half of the United States with the advertised intension of selling products. The products located in Pradhan’s possession were almost 200 pounds of illegal substances. Pradhan is a resident of Maryland, who based on an online presence regularly attends events with the purpose of selling narcotics throughout the United States.”
Robyn E Weiford, 34, and Jesse A Williams, 38, both of Bear, Delaware, were arrested on August 18. The Probable Cause statement (PCS) filed by law enforcement with the court, gave details about the arrest.
The officer was sitting at Highway 54 and Kissick Way observing traffic when he noticed a vehicle in the left lane not passing anyone. The officer got behind the vehicle and stated he thought the vehicle, a black Ford Explorer, was traveling too close to the vehicle in front of it so the officer initiated a traffic stop.

According to the PCS “The vehicle stopped on Highway 54 near Elliot Drive and I spoke with the driver, identified as (name redacted) by her Delaware driver’s license. I noted that (she) and Jesse Williams, appeared to be associated with a local event happening known as the Gathering of the Juggalos. This conclusion was drawn from a large ‘Hatchett Man’ hanging from the rearview mirror. Williams also had a shirt with what appeared to be a ‘Hatchett Man’. I asked Weiford about her trip, and she confirmed that her intended destination was the Gathering of the Juggalos.”
The officer asked Williams and Weiford to stand in front of the vehicle. An officer with the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force arrived on scene with a K9 who did a sniff of the vehicle and allegedly alerted on it. The PCS continues the story.
“During a search of the vehicle, a large bin was located in the rear portion behind the rear seats. I was informed by (name redacted) that there were edibles within the bin. Inside the bin, I located the following:
One of the suspects allegedly said they were going to give away the edibles and not sell them. The officer thought otherwise and both were arrested and charged with Class E Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
They were released on $50,000 bond.
The CCSO reminds people that these charges are merely allegations of wrongdoing and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
